All features of the Application run entirely on your Mac. The Application does not transmit your screenshots, annotations, or any other data to the Service Provider or any third party.

Because the Application does not collect any data, there is nothing to opt out of. To remove all locally stored data, uninstall the Application and delete its data folder.
The Service Provider does not retain any of your data because none is collected. Locally stored data remains on your Mac until you delete it or uninstall the Application.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children. Because the Application does not collect any data, the Service Provider does not receive any personal information from children or adults.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because the Application does not collect data, protection of your captures and annotations relies primarily on macOS's built-in protections for files stored on your Mac.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
